Bilpin is a small town on the historic Bells Line of Road, west of Sydney, in the Blue Mountains area. This innovative team building session encourages co-creation in an idyllic setting while gaining greater knowledge of winemaking and good wine and food.

What to expect
This experience is available as either a half-day (3-hour) or full-day (5-hour) package. Each itinerary features a collaborative team wine blending challenge, hosted by one of the Punt Road winemakers. The winning team will receive a bottle of their own blend and the associated bragging rights. The half-day experience includes a winemaker-led tour and a guided tasting of the estate wines. The full-day package also includes a welcome coffee and local pastries, and an artisan long table lunch, exploring the art of food and wine pairing.
