Laugh a Minute Melbourne
Indoor entertainment is the toughest brief in the business. We've taken out the humdrum, injected the sizzle and bring you an event chock full of laughter
What is it:
Finally launching in Melbourne, this group participation event uses you and your team mates as the entertainment. (Team members laugh with you, not at you – see the pictures below)
Your team will be competing in a bunch of short and sweet game show style activities.
This is a great opportunity for teams to get together with some (minor) competition but a huge dose of fun and laughter. This is team rapport building on steroids.
Fast moving and engaging, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. And yes, you’ll be asked to come up the front, but the wall flowers will be OK as no one gets forced to do anything uncomfortable.
Will suit you if:
Laugh a Minute best suits groups of 20 – 64 (15 is the minimum) and is held indoors with teams of 6-8 people seated at tables. It can be run as either an afternoon session or in the early evening and is compatible with a casual lunch or dinner, or just snacks. Moderate drinking does work with this event.
Laugh is ideal if you want something as logistically as simple as trivia, but with a lot more participation and energy – enquire below to hear more about Laugh a Minute.
What to expect:
Example Games we Play (we choose these for you after hearing about your group).
Family Feud – can your mind work like the “average” person?
Minute to Win It Relay – a series of quick and simple co-ordination games conducted in a relay by 5 team members
Taboo – Give clues to a common item without saying the most obvious prompts
Big Mouth – you might struggle to make yourself understood with a dental guard in your mouth – so much hilarity
Shark Tank – You have to convince the judges to invest in some of the worst inventions ever
Twisted Reality – You have to create a 30 second promo with a jawdropping moment from a Reality show to get us to tune in!
Nailed It – try to replicate professional play doh creations in minutes (the fun is in the failure!)
Project Runway – the garbage bag fashion parade
Photo Scavenger Hunt – each team is given a camera and have to race to photograph a list of items and team poses.
Lip Sync Challenge – this takes miming into your hairbrush to another level! (No one is forced up the front, they are invited!!!!)
Talking About Your Generation – order fads based on their era of popularity
Once we’ve tallied the scores, we award a mini trophy to each member of the winning team. Whilst humble, they are very sought after 🙂 and adorn desks all over Melbourne.
FROM $1,550 + GST
Includes logistics, planning, equipment (including digital cameras to use), mini trophy prizes and 2 – 3 experienced facilitators.

Testimonial for Laugh a Minute
A big thanks to the team at Team Bonding. The experience from my initial inquiry, to the completion of the event has all been hugely positive and best of all, easy! Cate was able to anticipate the needs of both my team and the requirements of the venue to ensure that the day ran smoothly. Our team are a loud, overbearing and highly rambunctious group with quite short attention spans (in the best way possible).
Ben and Talis worked their magic, running them through the activities and keeping them engaged and in hysterics the whole way through. The Laugh a Minute activity was the perfect selection for my team, creating fierce but friendly competition with a variety of activities, to utilise EVERYONE’S strengths. I am still recovering from the belly aching laughter of the event.
Thanks again Team Bonding.
Kind regards, Benjamin Stevens – Outreach Development Manager – Outreach Services
